About the event

Event Brite RSVP here

There’s reason to celebrate both Indigenous and LGBTQ2S+ pride in June.

The  Sexual & Gender Diversity Office (SGDO), First Nations House and  Hart House at the University of Toronto are thrilled to showcase the  amazing talents of Indigenous LGBTQ2S+ musicians and performers.

With  a lineup that includes performances of experimental classical music,  spoken word, traditional Indigenous hand drumming, and a deejay set  spinning QTBIPOC artists, the showcase is bound to introduce you to some  familiar and new sounds.

Artists include: Cris Derksen, Rebecca Benson, Mahlikah Awe:ri, DJ Jams and more.

Co-hosts  Riley Yesno (UofT Student) and Kathy Vi Mac (SGDO Program Coordinator)  will guide viewers and listeners through this cultural exploration of  Indigenous and LGBTQ2S+ Pride.

Free event.
